Each website / brand-domain needs its own audit and badge. On Growth and Premium, you'd buy one tier per website. On Enterprise, multi-brand and multi-domain coverage is folded into a single contract — we quote based on your specific setup.
No. Monthly billing is available on every paid tier. Annual billing gets you one month free (an 8.3% effective discount), but you can cancel anytime — the unused portion is pro-rated.
Your verified badge isn't granted until you address the findings. You can re-audit as many times as your tier allows once you've updated your T&Cs. The audit itself is honest — we'd rather tell you the truth and help you fix it than sell you a badge you haven't earned.
No. ClauseClear is not a firm of solicitors and we don't provide legal advice. Our audit is a deterministic compliance check against the DMCC Act 2024 and related UK consumer law — it tells you what your terms say in plain English and flags clauses that are likely to be unfair or non-compliant. If you need a legal opinion or sign-off, instruct your own solicitor.
